Return Policy

At Lily & Chelsea, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it is possible that you may wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.

Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.
  • Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Request your return via info@lily-chelsea.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
  3. The item must be returned entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days through the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect shipping address was entered, this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
